Meet the Team
We have been in business since 1985 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 20 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Jason is the firm’s Owner/Broker, responsible for setting strategy and policies, as well as processes and systems to enable our team to be successful in our mission -- providing best in class property management services to our owners and residents. In addition to property management, Jason also assists buyers and sellers successfully conclude residential property sales transactions through our Born Real Estate division in Northern California.

Brian Collins has been associated with the firm since 2014. Brian is both a licensed real estate professional and a landlord himself. Brian brings a deep regional knowledge and community passion to his work – prior to his Real Estate career, Brian was a 20-year veteran educator in Ventura County. Brian taught Spanish at the high school and college level and served as Dean of Students and Assistant Principal. He is well known in the local public school community and maintains a passion for education in all professions. Brian resides in Newbury Park and spans the Conejo Valley in property management service of our Southern California clients. In his free time, Brian enjoys outdoor adventures and vintage cars. He is also bilingual in Spanish & English.

Olena understands the huge financial, emotional and logistical issues that confront a seller, buyer, lessor, lessee and their families, having herself moved many times, locally, nationally and internationally. Olena has a real passion for architecture, development and the real estate industry and has recently built her family home. Her prior work in hi-tech sales, construction, and corporate event planning sharpened her skills in providing the highest level of service.
Olena’s interests include reading, travel, art, cooking, permaculture, and running the trails in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains as well as fundraising for causes. She has held leadership positions with the American Cancer Society for over fifteen years.
